I’m so happy you’re here! This site is a collection of thoughts, inspirations and progress notes on my journey with earthing (grounding) and my transition to an almost exclusive natural health diet. For decades I was so proud of having no medical issues, zero reliance on medication and what I thought was decent health… this changed in June 2023.
